Day One

Starting off with a new blog is always easy. Starting is actually fun. Imagining the journey, planning the trip and getting the first pages done. This is not the hard part. The hard part is the commitment to continue to plod forward months from now when one feels nobody is paying much attention.

Part of my "Workplace Reality" is that people and organizations need to check me out before deep engagement. It is just the way it works now and I need to make the best of it.
